Terms & Conditions / Our Fees

-Holding deposit/Booking fee £300

This amount will be used to book and hold the room for 3 days. If applicant does not proceed with taking the room, this amount will be not refunded. The amount will be completely refunded in the case that we are no longer available to offer you the room. Once your booking is finalized this amount will be deduced from the total outstanding balance.

-Administration fee £200.

This amount will cover carrying out your referencing, drawing up the agreement, drawing up the guarantor form if required, and setting up all the paperwork. This amount is a one off payment payable at the beginning of your stay and applies to all applicants (the amount does not vary if you will be sharing your room).

-Renewal fee £100.

In case you wish extend the length of your agreement, the extension will be subject to £100 fee for each renewal, regardless of the length of the extension.

-Early termination fee £200.

This will apply in case you wish to terminate your stay before the agreed termination date. You are also required to find a suitable replacement.
-Failure to vacate the property and/or return the keys on the termination day £250-Check-in or check-out out of the working hours (Mon to Fri 10am – 6pm; Sat 11am – 4 pm) £60

-Failure to give one month notice to vacate before the agreed end of your agreement £500

-Smoking inside the property £250 plus cost of redecoration.

-Wrong payment reference £25, cash payment £25, letter we send to you via post £50.

-Late payment £50.

-Loss of or damage to the items provided as furniture, fixture and fittings of the property £150.
If you agreement will be signed after 1st June 2019 the above fees may not apply or apply differntly according to new regulation come in force from 1st June 2019
